Delivery Info
Unframed prints
Our standard delivery charge of £4.25 is automatically added to all orders, no matter how large or small. This covers the cost of p&p for unframed posters worldwide.
DELIVERY TO UK
Unframed prints delivered to the UK are sent out by 1st class recorded royal mail delivery and the majority of items should arrive within 3-5 days of ordering. If you are out when the item is delivered the Royal Mail will leave a note and you will need to retrieve the package from your local sorting/delivery depot. We use recorded delivery as we send the posters in postal tubes which do not fit through a letter box. The majority of delivery problems arise when a postman leaves a package without it being signed for. Recorded delivery ensures the package is handed to you in person rather than being left in a stairway/porch/outside. Why not give your work address for delivery instead?
DELIVERY TO EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
Unframed prints delivered to Europe and Worldwide are sent via Royal Mail airmail and should arrive within 5-7 working days of ordering.
Delivery of framed posters
Our framed posters are sent out either via courier delivery or by royal mail. This guarantees your framed poster arrives in perfect condition and is tracked all the way to your door. Any order including framed posters will be sent out together. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the order to arrive as we have to frame the poster up prior to delivery. Due to the prohibitive costs of sending items internationally via courier we regret that we are unable to send framed posters abroad outside of the UK.
Please allow 10 days for the bespoke surname posters to arrive-it takes us a little time to produce and print the individual designs.
Returns Policy
Where a customer is dissatisfied with any goods they have the right to return the goods in as new condition within seven days of receipt of the goods. JJM Designs Ltd takes no responsibility for payment for return of any goods nor for any returned goods whilst in transit. A paypal refund will be issued within 5 working days to the customer on receipt of the returned goods in as new condition.
